A membership card that lives on the lock screen
At a flagship GTA sports club, membership moved into Apple & Google Wallet: flash the lock screen, scan at the kiosk, and watch balance and points update live on the card.
The challenge
Physical cards get lost or left at home. Nobody installs a single-club app. What the club needed — fast entry, a lighter front desk, benefits members can actually see — already had a home on every phone: the built-in wallet.
What we built
Custom Apple Wallet and Google Wallet membership passes wired straight into the club's self-service kiosks and membership system: pull up the card from the lock screen and scan in within seconds; visits and purchases earn points automatically; balance and tier changes push live to the card face. Issuing, replacing, and revoking cards all happen online — no more plastic.
